Opera Arlington presents Cinderella (Cendrillon), Pauline Viardot’s whimsical and charming operetta, in a delightful new production! Set in a reimagined storybook version of Paris, this enchanting tale follows the kind-hearted Cinderella as she triumphs over her stepsisters, attends the royal ball, and captures the heart of her Prince—with a little help from her fairy godmother.

This family-friendly production features Viardot’s captivating score from 1904, brought to life by some of the DFW area’s most talented opera voices, and accompanied by virtuoso pianist Tao Jiang. Directed by Eliza Escalante and conducted by Jason Lim, the opera will be performed in French with English dialogue and supertitles.
